Media coverage of the Bangkok Art Biennale's initiative bringing together artists to support fruit farmers in need during the COVID-19 pandemic under the campaign #MangoCOVID
We’re proud to announce we have received 4,985THB in donations. We’d like to thank all of you for your support!
In addition to this, funds were also raised through the art pieces that our artists produced during our month-long #MangoCOVID Campaign. The Bangkok Art Biennale Foundation has included these art pieces in a collection that will be displayed in the future.
The Bangkok Art Biennale Foundation added to the funds the exact amount of the total valuation of the art pieces which equates to 759,000THB!
All the proceeds will be going to final year fine arts students across 23 different institutions across the country! Each institution will receive two grants, each grant of 16,500THB.

ประกาศยอดสรุปบริจาคที่จำนวน 4,985 บาท! ขอบคุณเพื่อนๆ พี่ๆ น้องๆ ที่ใจดีทุกคน ที่ร่วมกันสมทบทุนบริจาคเงินช่วยนักศึกษาศิลปะ คนละนิดละหน่อยก็ช่วยได้นะ!
นอกจากนั้น เงินบริจาคยังมาจากการที่เหล่าศิลปินร่วมใจกันสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะให้กับโครงการแมงโก้โควิดตลอด 1 เดือนที่ผ่านมา มูลนิธิบางกอกอาร์ตเบียนนาเล่ขอรับผลงานเหล่านี้ไว้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของคอลเลคชั่นที่จะดำเนินการต่อไปในอนาคต และสมทบเงินบริจาคให้เทียบเท่ามูลค่า รวมทั้งสิ้นเงินบริจาคเป็นจำนวน 759,000 บาท!
เราจะมอบทุนนี้ให้กับนักศึกษาศิลปะที่กำลังจะจบการศึกษาด้านไฟน์อาร์ตและมีเดียอาร์ต จำนวนทุนละ 16,500 บาท คณะละ 2 ทุน จาก 23 คณะ ทั่วประเทศไทย เป็นการเติมพลังและต้นทุนชีวิตให้กับน้องๆ ที่กำลังก้าวเข้าสู่ตลาดอาชีพยุคโควิด
