In Dear Family (2020), Thongchai questions the silence that occurs within the most intimate level of relationships that is family. As an interpreter and labor consultant, it allows her to learn about other people's problems and talk with female sex workers who face situations similar to those that she and her family had before, dealing with uncertain conditions of life, working the illegal work, or, most importantly, not being talked about and able to disclose about their career, either in their family or in society, despite the families being supported by money earned from sex work. In this work, Thongchai asks three sex workers to talk to a member of their family, including Thongchai herself and her sisters. She also makes a children book to pass on this piece of history to her niece.
